Rust & Decay: Nature's Artistic Masterpieces

As an artist, I’ve trained my eyes to find beauty in just about everything—whether it’s a stunning sunset or a suspiciously artistic coffee stain on my table. Humanity, of course, takes its inspiration from nature. When we create art, we are just borrowing from Mother Earth. Sculptors rely on trees for wood, potters mold clay into shape, and painters steal colors from minerals, plants, and even animals. But here’s where it gets interesting: in my collection, the roles are reversed. Nature has taken over as the artist, turning the tables on us humans. She’s now creating her own masterpieces—not by adding to our world, but by breaking it down! Rust transforms metal into abstract art, crumbling walls become textured murals and fallen leaves decorate the streets like a spontaneous work of art. It’s like nature looked at our creations and said, “Cute… let me show you how it’s done.”
